🛒 Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, choose your favorite miniatures, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout! It's quick and easy.

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your selections before checking out.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we do! We deliver our miniature creations anywhere in India.

Q: What are the shipping charges?

  • Prepaid orders: Shipping is FREE
  • COD orders: A nominal fee of ₹39/- applies

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days. During festivals or unexpected events, there may be slight delays, but we always strive for timely delivery!

Q: How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number (AWB) via email within 1–2 days of placing your order. Use it to track your package on our website.

💳 Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (with a ₹39 COD fee).

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, but only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect

Please contact us at [email address] within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and product photos. Requests beyond this time frame unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Q: What if the product looks slightly different from the photo?
Many of our miniatures are handcrafted, which means no two are exactly alike! Tiny variations in texture, color, or finish are completely normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

💸 Refunds

Q: When will I receive my refund?
If a replacement isn't possible, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For COD orders, a credit coupon of the same value will be issued.

📦 Delivery Issues

Q: What if I entered the wrong address or missed the delivery?
We can’t offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect/incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts (3)
  • Package refusal

But don’t worry—we can reship your order! Just cover a ₹100 reshipping fee. You’ll have 90 days to request this.

🧸 Product Info

Q: Are your products safe for kids?
Our miniatures are not toys and are best suited for collectors and display. Due to their delicate and small nature, they are not recommended for children under 14.

Q: Can I request a custom miniature?
Currently, we do not offer customization. But we’re always creating new designs—stay tuned for fresh arrivals!
