We want you to love your miniature treasures! If something's not quite right, here's how we can help:
Eligibility for Return or Replacement: Your order is eligible for return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product (it doesn’t match the item description or was incorrectly shipped).
- The item has a genuine quality issue, manufacturing defect, or damage upon arrival.
How to Request a Return: If your order meets the conditions above, please contact us at [email address] within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Your order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for return (and don’t forget to attach clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect)
Please note: We won’t be able to process requests or images submitted after 48 hours from delivery.
Handcrafted with Love
Many of our miniatures are lovingly handmade by skilled artisans. Slight variations in color, texture, or size—like pinholes, glaze streaks, or minor differences—are perfectly normal and part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered defects.
Individual Case Handling
Because each return situation is unique, we assess every request on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to determine the best resolution.
Refunds
If we’re unable to replace the product, we’ll notify you and issue a refund. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll provide a credit coupon of the same value.
Delivery Issues: We’re unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Three failed delivery attempts
- Refused delivery by the recipient
